INKAGRILL is a contemporary Peruvian restaurant at Portal de Panes 115, facing the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. It opened in 1998 and is one of the pioneers of contemporary Cusco dining. It serves every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm: breakfast from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and the full menu from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Its best known dishes include lomo saltado, cuy al horno, trout ceviche, aji de gallina and the alpaca roast beef sandwich, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives across pastas, pizzas and quinoa risotto.
